The HAIM is an American rock "family" band, which also earned the BBC's Sound of 2013... which means the HAIM is the raising star...

All three sisters, Este, Danielle, and Alana can play more than three instruments. Plus, one funny thing is that Este is famous for making blasting "Bass Face" lol.

I think the songs in their debut album "Days Are Gone" are entirely consistent - typical soft rock with a bit experimental. I think you can easily recognized that it is "The Haim" from the drum and their style. Among all the singles, I love "The Wire" and "If I Could Change Your Mind" the most. Videos are a bit weird... lol. Creepy for the "The Wire" lol. Anyway, I am sure that they are going to succeed since there are only a few of similar bands in the market.

Bruno Mars made his first performance in HK!!!!!! A Brilliantly talented singer without a single doubt!!!!!
He is a performer, drummer, pianist, guitarist and great singer, plus songwriter of course. The most important thing is that he really made all the audience enjoy the show!!!!

A new supernova should be noted - Philip Lawrence, the back vocal- Bruno Mars's right hand man. Great singer as well, love his "girl's" sound. He is the woman in the Lazy Song.

I totally admired the crew, who can sing, play instruments and dance at the same time! It doesn't matter if they are high or not, anyhow, they are professional performers!!

Recently...... I find a big hit!

No doubt that north europeans are the craziest people in the world. I really admire that they can write a song based on a beautiful animal. And the most important thing is that the sounds they described are actually existing among the fox.

When I have a kid... I will definitely let them listen to this song to learn some animal sounds.

Monday Music ...... The magic of acoustic guitar

It's not that I feel like broken hearted. I just admire the peaceful sound of acoustic guitar, of course, which can only be made from Erip Clapton and John Mayer. It is not the matter about who is the best technical guitarist in the world. The music they give us is already the best.

Nowadays, if we wanna create a song, we just need a MAC or some software to mix the electrical sound; if we wanna listen to some music in a party, we just need a iPad and a speakers. Do the people still take their guitars and have fun together? Seriously, I seldom see this. Honestly, I don't wanna see the possibility that our kids do not understand music at all comes true.

Can we do more simple music like this?

After 3 years, Elysium is already released in store. Yes, Pet Shop Boys is kind of an oldies stuff. But I always think that they are the noble type of electric band in UK.  When every party animal is listening to David Guetta or Calvin Harris ( well i am kind of his fans), I feel like their music are basically the same. They would only be fantastic when people are taking hash.

But Pet Shop Boys is the blue blood of electric dance!!! "Leaving" is little bit casual. With the elegant British assent, it's now more than a normal electric song. Most importantly, I do not need to listen to the heavy beat. It's the typical bass beat.

Yes, sth subtly different makes the whole pieces awesome! That is how Pet Shop Boys did!

Yesterday, B suggested me some papare music. Papare music?!?! I thought it was like papaya music...... what is that??

Papare music is a special type of music originated from Sri Lanka. What is papare?! In fact, it means the sound of trumpet. To be exact, it is the fiesta, festive type of trumpet music. They perform this before some matches.

Sri Lanka people are happy people! They celebrate all the little things ( that is what I think). Only the happy loca people can create such a festive crazy music.
